They are employed by coal, metal and non-metallic mineral underground mines and by specialized contractors in mine construction, shaft sinking and tunnelling.
The Rock Bolting Operator is responsible for installing rock bolts and mesh systems to reinforce underground mine tunnels, shafts, and excavation areas. Based in Lakra, Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan. This role ensures the structural stability of mining sites, preventing collapses and enhancing worker safety.
Key responsibilities include setting up drilling and bolting equipment, positioning and securing rock bolts according to engineering plans, and monitoring installation quality.
